The other three transactions, at 294 Davis Mine Road, 465 Tunnel Road and an unlisted Rowe address, await price data that typically appears within about a week of recording. Buyers Justine S. Krumm and Aaron M. Poulin, who purchased 50 Pond Road, also appeared as trustees in the Davis Mine Road transfer. Freedom Credit Union was listed as seller on Tunnel Road. With pricing data available for only one of four sales, the month's overall market tone cannot yet be assessed from the data.
