Six property transfers were recorded in Rowe between July 10 and Aug. 8, but none of the deeds disclosed a sale price, so a price range and median cannot be reported this period. Transfers were recorded on Tunnel Road (two properties, both moving from a family trust to an individual), Cross Road, County Road, Hazelton Road and one property listed without a street address. Several transfers, including both Tunnel Road properties and the Hazelton Road sale, appear to involve trust or family transfers based on shared surnames in the deed records. With no consideration amounts reported for any transaction, this period's data does not support a read on market tone.
