Rowe Records Three Deed Transfers in August, Only One Discloses a Sale Price
Franklin County recorded three property transfers in Rowe between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only one disclosed a sale price: $15,740 for 5 Pine Hill Drive, sold by Douglas M. Upton to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The other two transfers, 127 County Rd (from CMG Mortgage Inc. and CMG Home Loans to Edward J. Silva and Lori Ledger) and an unaddressed parcel sold by Massachusetts Electric Co., carried no disclosed price. With just three recorded deeds and minimal pricing data, the period's market conditions are difficult to characterize from the available records.
