One Rowe Sale Price Recorded as Deed Activity Stays Thin
Franklin County Registry of Deeds records show three property transfers in Rowe between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only one included a sale price: $15,740 for 5 Pine Hill Drive, sold Aug. 26 from Douglas M. Upton to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Two other transfers, at 127 County Road and an unspecified Rowe address involving Massachusetts Electric Co., have no price yet on file, which is typical while registry data catches up. With just three deeds recorded and only one priced, the period offers limited basis for judging market direction; a fuller reading may be possible once remaining prices post.
