Rowe records three September deeds, with two institutional parties on either end of the ledger

Rowe recorded three property deeds between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3. Two carried confirmed prices, ranging from $107,250 to $147,500, with a median of $127,375; a third, at 465 Tunnel Road, has no price on record yet. The month's top sale was 50 Pond Road at $147,500, sold by the Elizabeth J. Hall Trust to Justine S. Krumm and Aaron M. Poulin. Two of the three deeds listed a financial institution as a party, either as seller or buyer. With only three recorded transfers, the raw count points to a quiet period for Rowe's housing market.
